Responsibilities:
- Oversee production lines, ensuring smooth operation and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff assignments and ensure proper coverage for all production areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance and engineering teams to identify and address production issues.
- Motivate and guide your team of line managers and line supervisors to achieve optimal results.
- Build and utilize spreadsheets to track production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
