Personal Fitness Coach:

The Personal Fitness Coach will be part of the dedicated Figurella team who share a passion for assisting individuals in achieving their fitness goals. You are motivated by lifestyle changes and experienced in building a community.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Develop and deliver individualized and personalized fitness routines to members following the unique Figurella method.

• Educate, motivate and promote a healthy way of life by delivering customized scientifically based nutrition and training programs.

• Coach members on proper body alignment and modifications/progressions throughout the session.

• Attentively listen to members, answer questions, and engage in conversations infusing positivity, personality, and inspiration into sessions.

• Promote Figurella membership enrollment, programs and products maintaining a satisfactory level of personal sales production.

• Conduct facility tours, foster connections and address individual needs and preferences to ensure a unique experience and safe environment.

• Clean and organize the space after each client session and throughout the day, including, but not limited to, the facility, locker rooms, machines and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of one year teaching experience in the fitness or related industry preferred.

• A college degree related to fitness preferred with a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology.

• CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge preferred.

• Proven track record of delivering excellent client interaction and customer service.

Our studio owner, Chiara Migani, has built her career with us over the past 9 years. She embarked on a journey from Italy to Miami and then to Boston to expand our company's presence on the East Coast. Chiara is eager to mentor and guide aspiring fitness enthusiasts, and our current staff shares a deep passion for the Figurella method while thriving in our positive work environment.
