Primary Scheduled Hours: Per Diem (as needed) 12 hour shifts
Job Summary:
Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of residents within an Assisted Living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by NA-Cs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Delivers and executes daily routine nursing care and services to residents in an Assisted Living setting which may include passing of medicine, vital sign assessment, assisting higher level nursing staff, etc. Works as a team member under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide quality care that is focused on the comfort and wellbeing of the patient and family. Makes independent decisions in the execution of daily routine duties.

Education Background and Experience:
Minimum Education: | Graduate of an accredited LPN program. |
Required Licensure /Certifications: | Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Washington. |
Required Experience: | Active LPN license |
Preferred Qualifications: | Assisted Living experience. |

Successful candidates typically begin between the beginning and midpoint of the compensation range ($26.52- $31.24/hour) dependent on qualifications/experience and receive compensation increment increases annually.
