VP of Operations – North America
Job Description
Reporting to the Group COO, the Vice President of Operations (North America) plays a critical role in leading and managing manufacturing operations across three sites and providing leadership to the local plant managers. Their responsibilities encompass overseeing various aspects of production, from planning to day-to-day execution. In this hands-on role, they will work with Corporate Shared Services team to drive a high-performance team by improving leadership across all levels of the assigned facility. The focus of this role will be primarily on the Newport, VT plant – the largest manufacturing facility in Galvion and will require an on-site presence for at least 3 days per week.
