Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient and timely service
- Maintain patient records and update medical information in electronic health records
- Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Skills:
- Experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficient in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately transcribe medical information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid drivers license.
