This is a part-time on-site role for a Crew Member at America's Cup Charters. The Crew Member will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sailing charters, including preparing the yacht for departure, assisting with sailing maneuvers, ensuring the safety of guests onboard, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the yacht. The role requires strong teamwork and communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in sailing and familiarity with sailing terminology
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks required for sailing charters
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to respond to emergency situations
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Newport, RI and its sailing community is a plus
