The function of the Maintenance Tech position is to coordinate projects and oversee maintenance, and upkeep of Brighton Properties, residential, and service facilities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Resolve work orders and preventative maintenance task
• Grounds upkeep
• Responds to emergency maintenance calls
• Timely unit or office turnovers
• Responds to custodial needs as assigned

Requirements :

• Understanding essential employee responsibilities
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electric
• Ability to work well with customers, residents, and peers
