Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership.

Purpose:

Using a trauma-informed framework, the Family Coach will provide family centered case management to connect families with preventative supports to overcome barriers and set goals that lead to family success. The Family Coach will also facilitate Parent Cafes and attend community events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Connect families to community resources
• Coordinate and facilitate group activities and plan special events for families
• Partner with families in develop goals
• Home visitation

Requirements:

• Knowledge of community resources
• Ability to coach staff and customers
• An associate degree in human services and/or a combination of education/training and experience (professional or lived) is valued and highly considered
• A deep understanding of the value and significance of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

This is a (non-exempt – or – Exempt position with a salary range of $35,000.00 - $37,000.00
