We’re actively seeking a talented Agile Consultant to join our Consumer Markets Division (CMD) Program Management Office (PMO) team in Newport Beach, CA on site or on a hybrid schedule.
As an Agile Consultant you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by catalyzing teams to self-organize around continuous improvement and optimal execution and delivery of business solutions.
How You’ll Help Move Us Forward
  • Facilitate the transition of teams and departments to new methodologies.
  • Mentor and coach employees at all levels on agile practices.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to design a strategy for adopting agile best practices.
  • Lead agile workshops for development teams and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Drive cultural change towards an agile mindset across the organization.
  • Support teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery.
The Experience You Bring
  • Proven experience as an agile coach or consultant.
  • Expertise in using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe).
  • Strong track record of implementing agile techniques in various work cultures and environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
  • Experience in managing projects utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Base Pay RangeThe base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$159,660.00 - $195,140.00
