Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

Duties:
- Manage facilties at our Retail Property Portfolio

-Perform Weekly Visits to Our Shopping Centers to inspect.

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs

-Corordinate with Property Management team to resolve tenant issues

- Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and attractive

- Address tenant complaints and resolve conflicts

- Keep accurate records of property-related systems

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of property management software such as MRI
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes
- Strong understanding of facilities management
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,809.00 - $83,067.00 per year
