Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Enclave Remodeling, INC., you'll lead custom remodel projects to successful completion. Our ideal hire brings customer service, construction knowledge, attention to detail, and a "can do" mentality. If this sounds like you please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Direct construction procedures efficiently to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Select and manage subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to keep clients informed.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive prices.
• Manage permits and procurement of materials/equipment.
• Ensure all work aligns with our high standards through on-site checks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
• At least 10 years of relevant trade experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in BuilderTrend or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, and squatting across various terrains.
