About You

You are a results-driven marketer with a passion for project management. As the Marketing Manager here at Lugano, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our consumer brand marketing strategy through effective campaigns and strategic projects. You will be responsible for managing initiatives from concept to completion, pulling in the appropriate tools and stakeholders along the way to streamline processes and meet deadlines.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you will collaborate with our in-house creative team and agency partners to oversee all marketing projects across public relations, print, digital, and social media. If this sounds like you, come be remarkable with us!

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and increase consumer visibility
• Develop, execute and track detailed marketing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Create compelling brand messaging and content that resonates with our target audience
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, events, and partnerships
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization

What You Will Bring

• Strong knowledge of brand marketing, preferrably in a luxury retail environment
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software (Wrike preferred)
• Creative thinking, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering remarkable brand experiences

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $100,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Our Work Environment
