Soliant Education is seeking two dedicated School Paraprofessionals to join our team in the Newmarket, New Hampshire area.
This position offers full-time employment with a mix of shared and 1 : 1 paraprofessional support in a middle school setting.
Responsibilities :
- Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in a middle school environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans and strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to the needs of students and staff.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
Duration : This position is available from ASAP until June 2024, with the possibility of extension into the next academic year for interested candidates.
