Title of Position : Restaurant Manager
Job Description : As the Restaurant Manager you'll drive our success, and we'll reward you with professional development and ongoing opportunities to develop your career with a global leader.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the selection, development, and performance of the front-of-house hospitality staff.
It is your responsibility to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will be the primary go-to
for the entire operations of the restaurant, meaning you have to be available to your team while staying on top of the operating functions of the restaurant.

Qualifications :
- The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity.
- The Restaurant Manager MUST BE strong at multi-tasking, detail oriented, and ability to focus on the finest of details.
- Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
- The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager.
- This position requires a minimum of 4 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
