Compass ABA is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Newark, NJ
Do you have a passion for impacting the lives of children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families? If so, then you’d be a great candidate for our Behavior Technician position!
In this Behavior Technician position, you will provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with autism in their homes or community settings to work on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills.
Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Behavior Technician Responsibilities:- Follow the ABA Treatment Plan and corresponding treatment goals as designed by the BCBA
- Record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- Maintain objective daily session notes
- Manage effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Always ensure safety of the client and contact the appropriate person(s) in case of an emergency
Required Skills and Qualifications
Behavior Technician Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly dedicated to providing the best quality services
- Eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation
