Primary function is sourcing and procurement. Must have Retail Construction Procurement/sourcing experience. Work with GC, architects, millworks, OFI, lighting, signage. Able to create PO and run RFPs - MUST HAVE ON RESUME

Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Finance or related technical field, Relevant work experience in procurement, or supply chain discipline may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

Must have Indirect Procurement experience, Retail Procurement experience is preferred.

Strong negotiation skills and strategic business experience.

Excellent critical thinking, combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Experience conducting bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids), negotiating with vendors, writing contracts, and implementing contracts/ agreements.

Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and keep a high level of focus.

Ability to adapt to constantly evolving circumstances and changing organizational requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (SAP), Coupa, and Jira.

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and follow-through

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.86 - $50.00 per hour
