Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store shelves are consistently replenished and organized.

Duties:

- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves with products according to the store layout
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Rotate stock to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage
- Keep the back storage area organized and clean
- Assist customers in locating products when needed

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting diverse customers
- Experience with RF scanners for inventory management
- Forklift certification is advantageous for handling heavy items
- Ability to upsell or cross-sell related products
- Previous experience in a grocery store or produce department is beneficial
- Familiarity with cash register operations for processing transactions
