Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Base on position.
Fryer : Making mixes, frying cake and yeasting donuts.
Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently.
Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently
Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently.
Baker : Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants.
Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
Loafer : Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls.
Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently.
Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
Picker : Picking dough from a conveyor and placing them in proofer.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to twist, turn, reach with no problem for long periods of time.
