Responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant:
- Plan and execute marketing and promotion activities to increase awareness in solar energy options and drive enrollment to opt into solar-powered electricity grids
- Track progress with Marketing Managers, providing constant feedback to increase client satisfaction and retainment
- Identify and analyze competitors marketing strategies to stand out and develop a cutting edge
- Develop and execute educational marketing strategies for new solar energy initiatives
- Attend company meetings as required
- Represent our brand with the utmost degree of professionalism and expertise at all times
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or Communications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, solar energy, or public relations
- Must have excellent professional communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing strategies
- Strong planning/organizational skills, detailed oriented and equipped to work independently as well as part of a team
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to speak confidently in public
- Eagerness to learn new techniques and grasp complex ideas
