Job Description : The Data team is responsible for the administration and development of enterprise-wide cloud data solutions such as Enterprise data architecture, Integrated Data Pipelines, Cloud data migration and drive domain data architecture and enable data analytics. This role is responsible for collaborating with IT stakeholders to deliver robust cloud data solutions to end customers. Good understanding of cloud data architecture best practices and industry standards. Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions on cloud platforms. Expertise in developing, constructing, evaluating and maintaining complex end-to-end cloud data systems. Skilled in data modeling, architecture design, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance. Proficient in leveraging cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to optimize data storage, processing, and analytics capabilities. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, defining data strategies, and driving successful data migration and integration projects. Adept at collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver innovative data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. Expertise in cloud data architecture to drive digital transformation and enhance data-driven strategies for organizations. Work closely with team members to identify gaps in existing systems and collaborate with all stakeholders identify optimal solutions to address them. Proficiency in various software development methodologies including waterfall, agile/scrum and tools such as Confluence and Jira. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand data requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. Create and produce periodic management updates and project management status. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Masters degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of Program management experience. Multi project management preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Cloud data technologies (AWS services, Python, Snowflake, Databases mandatory, IICS preferred) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required. Strong leadership skills and vendor steering experience desired. Ability to work independently and to work through and resolve issues with little supervision.
