We are seeking a Pediatric Optometrist to join our team at our medical-focused clinic in New Paltz. The clinic currently focuses on dry eyes and specialty contact lens fitting, but we are looking to add Myopia Control / Strabismus / or Vision Therapy sub-specialties. There is no exclusive Pediatric OD/ MD care within a 15 mile radius from office.
Office is centrally located directly off I87 between 3 school districts ( NP, Walkill, Highland) with locally adjacent districts (Pine Bush, Rondout, Ellenville), and we are adjacent to New Paltz Middle & HS and SUNY NP.
We are thinking 1-2 days week with flexible hours, and are willing to discuss hourly arrangement or production-based compensation. Start anytime!
Currently office equipment includes Eidon retinal camera, Optovue OCT, Medmont Topographer, Lipiflow and Lipiview, Auto AR/K's, iCARE tonometer.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited Optometry school
- Valid state license to practice Optometry
