Duties

• Serves as technical and administrative supervisor over the Facility Maintenance Department exercising full supervisory responsibility over work operations.
• Supervises a variety of occupations to include: Painters, Locksmiths, Maintenance Workers, and Carpenters.
• Provides assistance as workload demands to facilitate meeting the timeliness standards.
• Plans and schedules work assignments on a weekly to monthly basis for accomplishment within schedules and priorities established by higher level management.
• Assigns work by verbal or written instructions.
• Explains management programs and initiatives to employees, providing on-going support.
• Provides quality control, identifies deficiencies, and makes recommendations for improvements in work processes.
