Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Bus Driver. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to passengers. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to designated locations - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving - Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle - Maintain a clean and organized bus or van - Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction - Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring on-time arrivals and departures - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience as a bus driver, school bus driver, or van driver is preferred - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus - Ability to provide exceptional customer service to passengers of all ages - Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations - Ability to operate a bus or van in a safe and responsible manner - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
