Precision Pilates and Wellness LLC is hiring a Pilates Studio Manager focused on increasing new clients, delighting current clients, and ensuring an extraordinary experience every time.

The mission of the Pilates Studio Manager is to generate new clients through follow-up and education, continuous community engagement, and keeping current clients thrilled to be part of our studio. Our ideal Pilates Studio Manager candidate will excel by:

**Cultivating Leads:** Generate leads through social media, Google, and referrals. Create social media content, engage with community events, and provide in-person and phone education to prospects. Effectively reach out via phone, text, and email.

**Educating Prospects:** Use a high-touch education process to guide clients through their goals and recommend the best packages. Show genuine curiosity about clients' lives, and confidently present appropriate packages without being pushy.

**Building Relationships:** Engage with our long-term clients, learn their passions and obstacles, and be their biggest cheerleader. Discuss long-term goals, set renewal plans, and generate referrals during promotions.

**Team Management:** Work with front desk team members, teachers, and the owner to achieve goals. Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff to support you.

Pilates Studio Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Available mornings/evenings and some weekends
- 3 years of hands-on sales and customer support experience
- Proficient in customer service using email, phone, and in-person support
- High proficiency in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram and Facebook) and publishing regular emails
- Experience developing client relationships, diffusing difficult situations, and encouraging clients
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to build strong, trustworthy relationships
- Proficiency with Mindbody Online and Go High Level software preferred
