Skills:
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in upselling products or services
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, or technology products is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
