Meat Cutter (AT LEAST 1 YEAR PRIOR EXPERIENCE BREAKING DOWN AND CUTTING CARCASS

Duties:
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications .
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutting tools, equipment, and work area
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Skills:
- Proven experience as a meat cutter or butcher
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their preparation methods
- Excellent knife skills and ability to use cutting equipment safely
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and presentation of meat products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
