Must be a self-starter and able to work in fast paced environment, have supervisory experience in a tractor trailer operation and be able to motivate and monitor employees.

Qualifications
- Experience in logistics and dispatching
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMW)
- Knowledge of supply chain and transportation planning
- Ability to multitask and handle data entry efficiently
