Company: NESS Behavior Consulting, Inc is a leading provider of behavioral health services, specializing in applied behavior analysis (ABA). We are actively seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.

Training and Supervision: In addition to competitive compensation, we provide FREE RBT 40 Hour Training and BCBA Supervision, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to begin or advance their careers in the field of behaviorism.
Responsibilities:
As an RBT with NESS Behavior Consulting, Inc, you will play a crucial role in providing home and community-based individual and collateral therapy sessions, caregiver coaching, and family training sessions. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements for billing, session notes, quarterly progress reports, service changes, and quality assurance procedures.
- Utilizing iPads and/or computers to access various web-based software systems for implementing intervention programs, recording data, and adhering to company standards for scheduling and time submission.
- Demonstrating flexibility in your schedule to meet training requirements. This position starts as part-time with the potential for growth into full-time hours based on availability, need, and performance.
- Having reliable transportation for commuting to and from client homes and multiple work sites.
- Educating family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to foster active involvement and carry-over.
- Providing services in diverse settings, including patient homes and schools.
- Upholding the confidentiality of information concerning children and families, following HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
- A crucial requirement for this role is prior experience working with children with autism.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computers, including daily use of email and billing platforms.
**Additional Requirements:**
Bilingual skills are a plus, especially for Creole & Spanish speaking candidates, as some parents have requested this language proficiency. All providers should have at least 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with autism and/or other developmental disabilities. Please note that comprehensive training is provided to all new hires, regardless of their previous experience.
