Paid Time Off:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our NOC Engineer (formal title is Systems Engineer) is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the company's IT infrastructure. The Systems Engineer is responsible for engineering and maintaining IT systems, assisting with technical escalations, and providing training and mentoring to team members.
Work Schedule: This position is offered on a Remote-Centric Hybrid basis with the expectation that you will be required to attend onsite bi-weekly meetings. Our office is located in the Green Hills section of Nashville.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information. Must be able to exercise good judgment and positively influence and lead others, including handling confrontations with poise and efficiency. Based on business need, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
