Marketing Liaison
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Marketing Liaison who would continue to build ties to the community, enhance relationships with nursing/CNA schools, career centers, community centers and community leader etc. This position requires an upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local CNA and nursing schools to attract top talent.
- Direct recruits to the appropriate Carerite facilities based on their qualifications and preferences.
- Document DNR nurses and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of regional benefit packages, rates, and administrative staff details.
- Set up orientations for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or related field is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
