The English Zone is a small ESL teaching business in Nashville, TN. Our goal is to teach English the easy way to adult learners with customized lessons at the learners' pace and convenience with flexible hours and teaching locations to meet the demands and expectations of the local adult learners.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an energetic, passionate and creative ESL teacher to join our dynamic team. This position involves providing English langauge lessons to local adult students in a setting that promises both fun and flexibility. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our students' language learning journey, helping them to achieve their personal and professional English langauge goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Help design and implement engaging lessons tailored to the needs and levels of adult learners in small group settings..
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Create a fun, safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning to help with their communication and confidence.
- Foster a supportive and motivating atmospher to ensure success in students' English langauge learning journey.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent is desired but not required
- Experience teaching English to adult learners.
- Knowledge of language acquisition and effective teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
