Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems efficiently

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Proficiency in Workers' compensation law and Occupational health practices
- Experience with Primary care and Hospital medicine
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) usage
- Familiarity with Tube feeding and Operating Room (OR) procedures
- Ability to perform physical assessments and interpret diagnostic tests accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
