The Goodkind Group is Hiring a HR Assistant Near Nashville, AR
1st shift hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Fri
Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
•2-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
3 Month contract
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role will serve as the main Human Resources contact. This position will play an active role in providing full-cycle human resources support to the plant, which includes the areas of recruitment, employee & labor relations, performance management, payroll and compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
- Must possess the ability to communicate plant operations to all levels within the plant.
- Must have the ability to interact and work effectively with all level of the organization, including executive management.
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of HR computer software programs and systems (PeopleSoft) as well as Microsoft Office is required.
