Palm Square LLC is Hiring a Maintenance Worker (part-time) Near Nashua, NH
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate would be able to work at least three 4 hour shifts per week, days are flexible. The candidate would work in assisting existing Maintenance Technician with various routine maintenance issues for a 140 unit residential property for 55 residents.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and regulations.
Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with residents and staff.
This position requires fluency in English for clear communication within the team.
