The ideal candidate will be an experienced, diligent, detail-oriented Paralegal. An individual with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, who is comfortable working in a multitasking, hands-on, challenging, fast paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Pro-Actively communicate with clients, medical providers and insurance carriers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Complete tasks in designated time frame.
• Update and maintain client database
• Drafting correspondence and other pre-litigation related documents
• Obtain and verify the required documents from clients and providers that are necessary for preparing and processing claims.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of Personal Injury experience with CT cases
• Strong Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to handle large and complex case loads
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Proficient with Windows/MS Office Applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,642.00 - $100,297.00 per year
