What you will do:

• Work closely with the Installation department to provide timely and accurate installation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service
• For each installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedure
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

What you need:

• 2 years experience as an HVAC Installer.
• HendrixAir & Plumbing may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
• Must have, and maintain, a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity

What YOU will do:

• Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service installation
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations

Who YOU Are:

• 0-3 year experience as an installer
• Able to pass background and drug test
