We are a thriving and successful pediatric and nephrology clinic located in Nacogdoches, TX. We have positions available for Medical Receptionist.

Responsibilities Include:
Register and check in/out patients

Telephone interactions

Verify insurance

Assist provider when needed

Assist in general office duties and other duties as required

This position requires:
A minimum of 1 year medical office experience required

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to run multiple tasks

Highly motivated and organized

Basic Computer skills

Excel in a busy atmosphere with attention to detail

Bilingual is a PLUS!

Office Hours:

Office is open Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm.

You should have current references.
