Personal Care Assistant

Duties:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and techniques.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassion and empathy towards individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, medications, and daily routines.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations in a calm and efficient manner.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Respect for client privacy and confidentiality.
