Who we are looking for :
- Those with a willingness to learn and to execute our proven inbound / outbound calls with delinquent members.
- Goal oriented individuals who are self-motivated and can maintain company production standards.
- People with basic computer skills, excellent oral communication, and great phone skills are essential.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years Debt Collection skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Experience working in Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some night shifts and an occasional weekend shift.
