- Salary: $95,180 - $152,276
- Bonus Incentives: 15-22.5% potential
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service quality, growth, development, and resource management
- Participate in service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees
- Advance the patient experience agenda in the Emergency Department
- Coach and mentor subordinates, ensuring adherence to HR policies
- Enforce emergency department care standards and compliance
- Oversee a PI program monitoring critical aspects of care
- Ensure departmental operational excellence
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (required), Master's degree in Nursing/Business Administration/Healthcare Administration (preferred)
- Experience: 3 years in emergency services (required), 3 years in a leadership role (preferred)
- Licensure: Registered professional nurse in the state
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS
- Salary: $95,180 - $152,276
- Bonus Incentives: 15-22.5% potential
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Relocation: Up to $10K for qualified candidates
