Position: Marketing Assistant

Aztec Roofing is seeking a detail-oriented and social individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. This role involves a blend of graphic design, marketing, and administrative duties with a focus on creating and managing engaging content

for our social media platforms. You will be responsible for capturing and promoting our roofing projects, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting various business management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Support our marketing efforts with daily administrative tasks.

- Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase sales.

- Create engaging digital and print content for advertising.

- Manage social media platforms, including posting and interaction.

- Help with copywriting for various marketing materials.

- Utilize analytic tools to track campaign performance and adjust strategies.

- Attend and assist in coordinating events, engaging with prospective customers.

Qualifications

- Preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools.

- Creative mindset and outside-the-box thinking.

- Familiar with all social media platforms and tech-savvy.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in sales and advertising is advantageous.

- Strong research and analytical skills.
