Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team at Core Realty Partners. As a Broker, you will play a vital role in our success by providing top-notch leadership, guidance, and support to our team of real estate agents. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the buying and selling process, while also actively participating in generating new leads and nurturing existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of real estate agents, providing training, coaching, and support to help them achieve their sales targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, while also maintaining a strong network of clients and referral partners
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, while providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process
Conduct market analysis and stay current on industry trends, to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients and team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions using our CRM system
Stay updated on all real estate laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure that all team members are following them
Participate in company events, networking opportunities, and community involvement initiatives to increase visibility and promote brand awareness
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate Broker license in [insert state(s)]
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, with a proven track record of success in sales and leadership
Comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other real estate software
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Salary: $37.000 to $50,000 yearly
