As the Director of Nursing (DON) at Tudor Oaks, you'll manage a team of RN's who oversee our CNA, NA, and CMA teams; as well as assist staff in the day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention, evaluation, and developing care plans in collaboration with the residents, their families, and staff; while continuing to encourage residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.

• Starts at $93,600/annually and goes up based on experience

What You Need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current WI or compact state Registered Nurse license
• Long-Term Care and Rehab experience required
• MDS experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgement, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
• Ability to demonstrate positive attitude, effectively communicate and interact with staff, residents, family members, and beyond
