DeMaria Family Orthodontics and Dentistry is Hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Near Murrysville, PA

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator for our 3 office locations. We are located in Murrysville, Greensburg and Latrobe. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and management of treatment plans for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in dental terminology and office software.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate treatment plans

- Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service

- Obtain and verify patient information, including insurance details

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care

Skills:

- Proficient in medical terminology

- Experience with dental or medical office software (e.g., Dentrix, eClinicalWorks)

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of medical scheduling procedures

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or treatment coordinator is preferred

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position with regular office hours. Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
