ESTIMATOR - CONSTRUCTION SITE DEVELOPMENT

A growing heavy civil and infrastructure construction client of ours is seeking an Estimator with experience in Heavy Site Development / Earthwork jobs.

The Estimator will perform quantity take offs, cost analysis and competitive bidding while utilizing current estimating software.

Bidding is typically lump sum, unit rate and cost plus estimates for a broad range of projects. Projects focused in NE TN / Tri-State Region.

Requirements

  • College degree related to Construction Management, Estimating, or Engineering.
  • Or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of estimating experience in related field
  • Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, assist in developing a project schedule.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with MS Office, AGTek and Bluebeam or related estimating software experience
  • Ability to work with a team and willing to promote teamwork.
