Aufgaben
As a Senior Operations Manager (Installations), we are pretty sure that your day-to-day work will often vary, while always remaining interesting. However, there are some tasks that we are certain will pop up more often than not. From our office in Munich, these tasks will include:

• Taking ownership for the management, coordination, and successful installation of customer heat pumps, by working closely with our local installation partners
• Ensuring heat pump installations are completed on time, and in the case of any "hiccups", taking control of the situation to ensure successful customer delivery
• Being in close contact with wholesalers, subcontractors, and individual installation teams with regards to heat pump installation developments and challenges
• Resolving installation-related topics by working closely and in a coordinated manner with other departments, namely Sales, Operations, and Finance

Qualifikation
Rockstar. Maverick. Genius. We think these words are overused, and don’t expect you to be any of them. However, we are looking for someone who ticks some of the following boxes, but remember, not necessarily all:

• You have experience working with companies and teams from the field of SHK (or similar), and if not, are able to develop your knowledge of the space quickly
• You are fluent in German, so that you can confidently interact with local partners, and have a good grasp of English, to interact with your manager and team
• You are structured and have strong organisational competencies, proven by your experience of working with teams to solve problems together quickly
• You are interested in developing new processes from scratch, and are comfortable with a high degree of autonomy, as to deliver your best results
