Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring for an Inventory Coordinator to join our ENSA North America team in Mukwonago, Wisconsin!

ENSA North America is owned by Mallory Safety and Supply and operates as our Instructing and Training Division. ENSA provides work-at-height safety rescue training, support and rigging services to the Wind Power, Telecom and Industrial markets including Water Tower, Bridges, Solar, Suspended Platforms, Steel Mills and Foundries, and work-at-height work areas in Pulp and Paper and Tower Crane Operations. We are also able to provide TTT1 & TTT2 examinations.

As an Inventory Coordinator, here is how you will make an impact:

ENSA North America is seeking a qualified Inventory Coordinator to help manage, organize, inspect, and inventory equipment, while also occasionally supporting on other administrative functions. The position will be based at ENSA’s headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, willingness to learn new things and problem solve, and an attention to detail. The Coordinator may occasionally be required to travel, though the vast majority of the work will be at the Wisconsin facility.

The Inventory Coordinator will be expected to read, understand, and follow ENSA’s ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, particularly as it pertains to training equipment management, with occasional requests to support process and improvement initiatives. The Inventory Coordinator will also be required to work directly with ENSA’s Training Coordinator, Customer Service Representative(s), Marketing Coordinator, and Executive and Operations Directors. The Coordinator will report to the Operations Director.


Here is what we are looking for in an Inventory Coordinator:

  • Maintain inventory of fall protection equipment, including personal fall protection
  • equipment, rescue kits, instructor backup kits, and rope access equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of facility tools and other facility equipment.
  • Perform inspections on training equipment returned to HQ at the conclusion of training.
  • Perform annual competent equipment inspections for all training equipment, including
  • identification of equipment needing removed from service.
  • Coordinate training and project equipment shipping and receiving with Training
  • Coordinator, Instructors, and other team members.
  • Learn and adhere to ENSA’s quality management system and training program
  • requirements, including processes related to equipment inspection, organization, and
  • shipping and receiving.
  • Contribute to training program content and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in other activities and projects, as needed.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, positive can-do attitude, and ability to problem solve.
  • Provide feedback to the operations and quality teams when opportunities are identified
  • for improvement.
  • Commitment to professional development, as identified by the organization and as new
  • market opportunities arise.


Here is what we need from an Inventory Coordinator:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to speak and write fluent English.
  • Attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and problem solve.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to walk, stand, squat, bend, lift and carry loads up to 50 lbs. Manual Handling
  • training will be provided.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and
  • Outlook, as well as other software.
  • Knowledge of operating within a quality management system, including accurate
  • record-keeping and adherence to administrative requirements.
  • Experience in the wind energy or telecommunications industries a plus.
  • Ability to comfortably work at height up to 15m.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Valid US driver’s license required; valid US passport preferred.
