Production Lead

SmartTalent is seeking experienced candidates for a Production Lead position at an ice production facility in Mukilteo, WA. This is a Temp-to-hire position.

Pay: $27-30/hour

Job Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor all equipment on a daily basis

• Assume supervisory responsibility for processing crew absence of Plant Engineer

• Responsible for maintenance and repair on bagging equipment

• Assist Plant Engineer as necessary

• Conduct preventative maintenance program on all equipment in processing

• Help monitor product quantity and quality by reporting any problems to processing supervisor

• Keep are safe and report any potential safety hazards

• Record keeping of daily production along with cleaning records

• Work with Plant Engineer on scheduling of production staff

• Primary Forklift Operator

• Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management

Requirements:

• Experience in processing type environment required

• Some Supervisory experience required

• A Mechanical aptitude is required

• Experience forklift driving in a warehouse setting is required
