Gene Johnson is seeking a Install Coordinator to coordinate and manage various residential projects. The ideal person will bring

great communication skills, computer literacy & customer service experience... trade knowledge is a bonus! The successful candidate must be an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional.

Compensation: $22-$30 hourly DOE

Availability: Monday - Saturday, earliest start 7:30 AM - latest end 7 PM

Responsibilities:

• Schedule HVAC installations for residential customers
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure they have the necessary materials for the job
• Communicate with customers about installation details and timelines
• Process paperwork related to installations, including permits and warranties
• Maintain accurate records of installations
• May troubleshoot any scheduling issues or customer concerns related to installations

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the trades is a plus
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Computer literacy
