Maintenance Director – GREAT TEAM TO WORK WITH!!!!!

Senior Services of America, a National growing Senior Housing Organization that provides memory care services is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Director who is looking to becoming an essential part of our team at Mukilteo Memory Care in Mukilteo, Washington.

These duties include, but are not limited to:

• Primarily responsible for general and operating maintenance of the community, life safety programs and supervision of the housekeeping department

• HVAC Equipment

• Lighting/Electrical Maintenance

• Sprinkler System

• Fire Safety Evacuation Program

• Supervision of Housekeeping

• Supervision of Lawn Services

• Scheduling of Inspections per State Regulations

• Compliance with Local Code/State Regulations

• Routine repair/maintenance of building, resident room, common areas

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience and 2-year degree preferred

• Valid CDL Class B license with passenger and safety endorsements preferred

• Must possess a clean driving record

• Assisted Living/Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment

• Requires the ability to manage vendors, purchase supplies, budget management, control inventory, maintain and document proper record keeping logs for the community; as well as recruit, hire, train, supervise, schedule, motivate and manage the housekeeping team

• Knowledge of basic safety standards. Prefer knowledge of Assisted Living State Regulations

• Must have a true interest in working with the senior population
